Technician

Carrie Brick is a Psychiatric Technician and TMS Technician who plays a key role in supporting patients throughout their mental health treatment, including our Spravato® program. She is known for her calm presence, strong communication skills, and ability to help patients feel comfortable and supported during every visit.

In her role, Carrie works closely with patients, administering TMS and Spravato treatment, ensuring safety, adherence to clinical protocols, and a positive patient experience. She assists with treatment preparation, monitoring, and post-treatment support, while maintaining a welcoming and reassuring environment. Carrie is especially skilled at explaining procedures, answering questions, and helping ease anxiety for patients undergoing advanced mental health treatments.

With a background in psychology and neurodiagnostics, Carrie brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care. She has experience training staff, following structured clinical protocols, and collaborating with providers to support effective, compassionate treatment delivery. Her attention to detail and dependability make her an integral part of the care team.

Carrie is CPR/BLS certified and is deeply committed to providing respectful, supportive, and high-quality care for every patient she works with.
