Jessica Osinski, MS LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2006, who provides psychotherapy to youth and adults. My areas of expertise include working with youth ages 12 and older along with their families to address issues related to sexual/physical/emotional abuse and other traumatic experiences. My practice also focuses on eating disorders, adjustment problems, anxiety, depression, and self-harming behaviors.
In my work with adults, I provide psychotherapy for a variety of mental health issues and continue to specialize in trauma and eating disorders. I also provide support to individuals struggling with mood disorders, relationship challenges, and anxiety-related disorders.
I am certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
